Environmental Assessments and Scoping Reports
Thunderbolt Energy Hub is classified as a State Significant Development (SSD) and two Scoping Reports have been submitted to the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE).
The NSW DPIE will issue a list of all the requirements that Neoen and specialist consultants must address to inform the next stage – the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed wind and solar farm.
